However, there may be legal obligations that prevent Brookfield from deleting all or parts of your data immediately. In this case we will block the personal data we are required to store so that they cannot be used for other purposes.

Brookfield is regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in its capacity as an insurance intermediary and operates in other European countries in accordance with European regulation. This implies that the company can provide special types of non-life insurance. Insurance brokers who provide Brookfield with customers are controlled by the company regarding education, reputation, competencies and possess the necessary knowledge of insurance intermediation, as well as appropriate knowledge of the insurance products being conveyed.
