We are a coverholder, which means we act as agents for certain insurers including Lloyd’s of London, the world’s largest insurance market. All insurers are rated at least A (excellent/strong) by both Standard & Poors and Fitch, providing our policies the financial strength reuired to protect your most valuable assets.

Right of cancellation
Under the Swedish rules for distance selling, private persons have a right of to cancel their purchase for 14 days following the date of purchase (for personal accident insurance, the cancellation period is 30 days). The right of withdrawal does not include agreements concluded by a legal entity. We care about our reputation as providers of a quality service. Should you feel that our services do not reach the level you expect, please submit a complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible, however no later than within 14 days from the date the complaint was received.
